COMMON QUESTIONS
Programs include residential, supported employment, vocational services, day rehabilitation, advocacy, and volunteering. These services promote growth, choice, independence, self-rights, and relatively better quality of life.
Yes. CSC is licensed by the Office of Health Care Quality of Maryland's DHMH, monitored by the Developmental Disabilities Administration, and is a CARF-accredited organization in all its programs. Visit www.carf.org for verification.
CSC is CARF accredited in all its programs — one of the few providers in Maryland to have earned this recognition across every program area. Our reputation is confirmed by state agencies, CARF, and families whose loved ones have thrived in our care.
All individuals with developmental disabilities who are eligible to receive State funding under the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) in Maryland may qualify for CSC services.

All staff are thoroughly background-checked (FBI check for those working with children), drug tested, and driving-record verified. They are certified by the Maryland Board of Nursing to administer medications, and hold CPR and First Aid certificates prior to working with individuals.
