Our staff are hired primarily through referrals and careful recruitment. All employees are thoroughly screened and background-checked — those working with children additionally undergo an FBI background check prior to working with our individuals. CSC has a strict policy of not hiring applicants with a criminal background, and we conduct periodic drug testing and regular driving record checks.
All employees are certified by the Maryland Board of Nursing to administer medications, and hold CPR and First Aid certificates prior to working with individuals. Classroom and online training are provided regularly through CSC's training department.
